Our meetings have these general components and speaking opportunities:
* Featured Speaker (20-30 minutes)
* Social Media Case Study (5-10 minutes)
* Conference Report (5-10 minutes)
* Howto/Demo/Ask for Help Segment (5-15 minutes)
- We accept speakers on topics that directly relate to social media tools, best practices, case studies, and applications.
- We do not accept motivational speakers or those who want to tell us about their businesses.
- We have a mix of introductory and more advanced material, so please help us out by rating the difficulty of your presentation.
- We require a verifiable bio for each speaker and evidence of your speaking experience and/or professional expertise. Please provide as much information as you can.
- Social Media Club speakers may not promote products and services. You are however encouraged to attend meetings and share your company information with others during our networking and business announcements segments!
- We will require the speaker’s slide deck at least 72 hours in advance for review and uploading to our neighbor island partners for backup viewing.
